All the Forage Botanical products are handmade in small batches in the UK and feature an array of botanical extracts and herbs to help alleviate menstrual pains that women experience during the time of the month.

Aqua (water), Ethanol, Arctium lappa rad (burdock root) extract, Chamomilla recutita (chamomile) extract, Melissa officinalis (lemonbalm), and Calendula officinalis (marigold).

How to use

Add 20 drops with a little water and drink it once a day. Do not exceed the dose. Keep the product in a dark space. It can take up to 30 days to notice the effects.

How to recycle

All elements of the packaging are recyclable except the lid. The label is vegan and biodegradable.
