Tap into your love of holistic wellbeing by making your very own aromatherapy rollerball. In this 60 minute class you’ll discover the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. Then you will create your own unique aromatherapy blend to go into an aroma-rollerball. Finish by experiencing how and when to use your aroma-roller on your pulse points to reduce symptoms of stress and enhance wellbeing
