Facials Lateness & Cancellation Policy

It is important to us at Blomma Beauty to try and accommodate our clients as much as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for whatever reason, please notify us at least 24 hours before the treatment via email, in person, online or by telephone to avoid a charge.

We ask that all clients confirm their appointment with a card. Any bookings without card details will remain unconfirmed and we may offer your appointment to another client. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. No shows will be charged the full value of the appointment regardless of whether you have a discount, promotion or voucher for your treatment. 

Should you need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period as a result of a positive test result for Covid-19 or from being pinged to self-isolate due to exposure to a positive case, we are happy to reschedule at no cost given this is largely outside of your control. In order to do so, we request the following:

  • Proof of the positive test result - forward the email with your test result to info@blommabeauty.com
  • Proof of being contacted by NHS Test & Trace to ask you to self isolate - either forwarding the email with the request, or a screenshot from your phone that shows the date and time of the request.

Please do not attend your treatment if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 in order to protect our staff and other customers.

On Arrival:

  • We will provide products for your hand hygiene, a disposable mask (if you do not already have one) and check your temperature on arrival. If you have a temperature of 37.8C or higher then access to the salon will be denied. Unless your treatment is a facial, you will be required to wear a face covering or disposable mask during your treatment (unless you are exempt under government guidelines)
  • Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment time in order so as to avoid inconvenience other clients. Clients who arrive late will still be required to pay the full cost of the treatment they have booked. Please make every effort to arrive in a timely manner.

During Treatment:

  • Our staff take regular lateral flow tests and have their temperatures taken and recorded on days when they are working
  • All staff wear masks at all times per government guidelines
  • Your facial therapist wears a mask, an apron and can wear gloves if you prefer
  • There is time designated between each appointment for the treatment station, door handles, products and any other high-touch surfaces to be disinfected with antibacterial spray
  • Your therapist will wash and/or disinfect their hands multiple times during your appointment
