This pure, organic essential oil blend can be added to a bath or vapouriser, or inhaled from a tissue (full instructions included) to help alleviate the hormonal imbalances associated with PMT and Menopause, including hot flushes, mood swings and anxiety. 

The blend simply comprises pure organic essential oils of clary sage, lavender, geranium, bergamot and chamomile; all traditionally used for soothing, relaxing and balancing.
