Blomma Beauty Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at blommabeauty.com. Below is everything you need to know about the shipping of your order.
We personally pack and ship your products from our natural beauty stores in London and always includes a handwritten note and a sample of something we think you’ll like to try. Orders we receive by 4pm will be packed on the same day and collected by the courier generally the following day. Sometimes during busy periods or, if the courier fails to collect, there may be a delay but we do our best get everything on its way to you as quickly as possible.
On the rare occasion where products are not in stock, in production or it is quicker to do so, you may receive some products direct from our brands.
UK Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not dispatched during weekends and UK public holidays. Therefore, please allow 1 additional working day for processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free postage on UK orders over £40.
Shipments are dispatched on an economy service and should arrive in 3 - 5 business days. If you need your item quicker, choose our express delivery option which will be dispatched within 1 working day on a 1-2 day shipping service.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Blomma Beauty takes no responsibility for any delays incurred as a result of service issues on the part of the postal carrier (i.e. busy holiday periods, short staffing, etc). If you are worried about the status of your order, please get in touch and we will investigate with our carriers.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If your order has been dispatched on a tracked service, your tracking number will be included. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours once the courier has received it.
Typically UK shipments are all tracked, except for our sample packs. International shipments may be tracked depending on the delivery destination and services available in that particular country.
We always pack and dispatch orders in a secure fashion but sometimes damages en route happen. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and include images of both the outer packaging (including the shipping label) and the details of the damage so that we may claim this with the carrier.
We will then ship you a replacement item, free of charge.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to selected International Destinations. If you are unable to select a delivery option at checkout it may mean that we do not regularly ship to your country of residence.
In some cases we may be able to arrange a delivery for you so do get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive and follow your tracking in case customs fees are payable. Unfortunately, international orders can be held in customs which delays shipping and is unfortunately out of our control. If you'd like to purchase an international order with express shipping, please get in touch for a quote before ordering.
All international orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and you will be responsible for any customs fees. Should an international parcel be returned due to unpaid fees, the shipping costs will not be refundable and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

Should your order go missing in transit or upon delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with our carriers. Often we will get a quicker response than if you were to enquire directly, especially during busy periods. We will do our best to come back to you as soon as possible and provide a replacement item shipped free of charge, however, as a small business, lost parcels can be expensive to replace so we do kindly ask that you allow us to follow the full investigation process with the carrier before providing you with a resolution. We always send regular updates so you'll know that we are continually following the issue and aim to resolve things as quickly as possible.
