How to use

A pump cap makes dispensing easy. Warm in the hands and apply to the face and body with gentle massage strokes. Use as a massage oil or swished into a warm bath to ease aching muscles and help with sleep and relaxation. Rub a couple of drops into your wrists and inhale when you need a moment of calm.
