In this intimate and interactive 60 minute class you'll learn the basics of gua sha massage, for you to build your practice upon at home. You'll be guided each step of the way through a full face massage routine that will leave your skin toned, sculpted, smoothed and radiant.

Your booking fee covers the class so be sure to bring your own gua sha with you, or why not buy one of our gua shas and we can have it ready for you to use in class and take home with you. Choose from:

Gua sha facial massage is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Gua sha tool is designed to be pulled across the skin to help stimulate micro circulation, increase blood flow to the skin and aid lymphatic drainage. This can help to tone the skin, help it feel firmer and lifted, smooth out the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and drain away puffiness.
