Always come back to this conditioner even after trying others as it smoothes and softens my hair. You also don't need to use a lot and it smells so nice

Love the roses smell and it lathers nicely for a non sulphate shampoo. Hair is clean and not dry and straw like other natural shampoos

I've been searching for a while for a single supplement that contained Rhodiola, ashwagandha and magnesium to help reduce my cortisol levels. I looked a lots of supplements but many had unneccessarily high doses of ashwagandha or other filler ingredients that I wasn't keen to add to my diet. I was really happy to find these life armour supplements on Blomma's site as they were exactly what I was looking for; all for a reasonable price. It's early days, I've only been taking them for around a week or so but I do feel a bit calmer. I plan to take them for 3 months in total as part of a cortisol detox - I'm hopeful they'll make a big difference to my wellbeing!

The class was amazing. I needed it after a tough week at work l.
Lolly was very patient, went through each step, if I didn't understand she would explain again.
I came home feeling very calm and relaxed.
I also didn't come away feeling that I was pressured to buy any of the products.
I also went and bought some night time tea as I had a cup of the tea during the class and it made me feel calm.
