Gua Sha Massage Tutorial

In this intimate and interactive 60 minute class you'll learn the basics of gua sha massage, for you to build your practice upon at home. You'll be guided each step of the way through a full face massage routine that will leave your skin toned, sculpted, smoothed and radiant. 

What we cover: 

• How to clean and care for your gua sha
• How to hold and angle your gua sha correctly 
• Which edge of your gua sha to use for different sections of your face 
• Which products work best with your gua sha stone and skin
• The correct pressure and movement to apply to each section of your face
• Different techniques to tackle specific skincare concerns

Choose the 'Bring your own gua sha' option if you have your own gua sha already that you would like to bring along, or choose the Class + Gua Sha class fee if you would like a brand new gua sha to take home with you on the day. 

Gua sha facial massage is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Gua sha tool is designed to be pulled across the skin to help stimulate micro circulation, increase blood flow to the skin and aid lymphatic drainage. This can help to tone the skin, help it feel firmer and lifted, smooth out the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and drain away puffiness.
