How to use

For relieving headaches, muscular aches and insomnia add 4 drops to a bath, tissue or vapouriser and inhale.

Otherwise, add 2-3 drops to a warm bath, massage blend, vapouriser or diffuser.

(While rare, if essential oil sensitivity is a concern, please patch-test before use.)
