Blomma Beauty Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at blommabeauty.com. Below is everything you need to know about the shipping of your order.
We will aim to ship all items from your order together, however, where products are not in stock, in production or it is quicker to do so, you may receive some products direct from our brands. We're working towards shipping everything together, but as a small business dealing with fresh products, it's sometimes quicker and easier to send items individually.
UK Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not dispatched during weekends and UK public holidays. Therefore, please allow 1 additional working day for processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard rate of shipping is £3.50 for UK orders under £30 and free over £30.
Shipments are dispatched on an economy service and will arrive in 3 - 5 business days. Should you urgently need an order please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange a speedier service.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you are worried about the status of your order, please get in touch and we will investigate with our brand partners and our carriers.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If your order has been dispatched on a tracked service, your tracking number would be included. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Typically UK shipments are all tracked, except for our sample packs. International shipments may be tracked depending on the delivery destination.
Blomma Beauty and our brand partners always pack and dispatch orders in a secure fashion but sometimes damages en route happen. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and include images of both the outer packaging (including the shipping label) and the details of the damage so that we and our brand partners may claim this with the carrier.
We will then ship you a replacement item, free of charge.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to selected International Destinations. If you are unable to select a delivery option at checkout it may mean that we do not regularly ship to your country of residence.
In some cases we may be able to arrange a delivery for you so do get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Blomma Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
