If your order arrives and it’s not quite what you were expecting or there is any defect or shortage, we will happily issue you a full refund provided the item has not been used or opened. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt and return the item(s) to 10a Crouch Hill, London, N4 4AU

Unfortunately return postage is not covered and we cannot accept returns on certain items, including those without a seal or of an intimate nature. If you are unsure whether you can return an item, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@blommabeauty.com before you place your order.

When returning your item, please ensure to wrap your parcel securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been lost or damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of postage with your chosen courier. Upon receipt we will conduct a product inspection and advise you within 3 workings days of the status of your refund.

You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery or card processing charges) to the card used when paying for your order. Any exchange or refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and 2005 you have the right to cancel your order purchased on our website within a statutory cooling-off period. This is 7 working days from the day after the delivery date.

To cancel your order, please provide us with notice by email, within the statutory cooling off period and include details of the items ordered, the order number and (where appropriate) their delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse for shipping costs if the item has already been dispatched to you.
