    Just the supplement blend I was looking for

    I've been searching for a while for a single supplement that contained Rhodiola, ashwagandha and magnesium to help reduce my cortisol levels. I looked a lots of supplements but many had unneccessarily high doses of ashwagandha or other filler ingredients that I wasn't keen to add to my diet. I was really happy to find these life armour supplements on Blomma's site as they were exactly what I was looking for; all for a reasonable price. It's early days, I've only been taking them for around a week or so but I do feel a bit calmer. I plan to take them for 3 months in total as part of a cortisol detox - I'm hopeful they'll make a big difference to my wellbeing!
