I cannot review as I only just received an mail from the postal service with a customs fee payment link after having to chase them up. They charged me an outrageous € 14 31
which I have never had to pay for a small item from the UK before! Hoping it will arrive soon

We are so sorry to hear this and would firstly like to send you a little treat because of the experience you have had, unfortunately we can't control the amount of customs charges your local authority will apply as this varies country to country and we are based in the UK.
Hopefully next time you will be lucky and there will be no charge in the meantime if you think you have been wrongly charged hopefully your local authority will be able to help.
