Refund policy

We offer a 14 day returns period if you change your mind about your purchase or if it is faulty or not as described. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on products which have been opened, used, are of an intimate nature, are missing their outer packaging, don't have a tamper seal or where a tamper seal is broken. 

In order to receive a refund, proof of purchase must be provided, otherwise we can only offer an exchange. If you received products from us as a gift, provided we can verify who the order was originally placed with, we can offer a voucher or exchange. 

All products will undergo inspection to ensure their hygiene is not compromised. We will be unable to reimburse you if any products appear to have been opened, used or tampered with. 

If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, why not use our sample service, book an online consultation or visit us in store as unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for irritation that may occur as a result of using our products.

How To Return Online Orders

Please notify us within 3 days of receipt and return the item(s) to Blomma Beauty, Unit 20, East Viaduct, Coal Drops Yard, London, N1C 4DH.

In the case of faulty or misdescribed products return postage is covered. Unfortunately return postage is not covered should you simply change your mind about the products. If you are unsure whether you can return an item, please do not hesitate to contact us at before you place your order.

When returning your item, please ensure to wrap your parcel securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been lost or damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of postage with your chosen courier. Upon receipt we will conduct a product inspection and advise you within 3 workings days of the status of your refund.

You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery or card processing charges) to the card used when paying for your order. Any exchange or refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and 2005 you have the right to cancel your order purchased on our website within a statutory cooling-off period. This is 14 working days from the date of delivery.

To cancel your order, please provide us with notice by email, within the statutory cooling off period and include details of the items ordered, the order number and (where appropriate) their delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse for shipping costs if the item has already been dispatched to you.
